Senior Business Development Manager(San Sebastian, Spain)A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Business Development and Sales Manager to join a leading Quantum Computing Software Company, working alongside world leading experts to build solutions that tackle real life issues.We look for passionate people that want to grow in an ethics driven environment, promoting sustainability and diversity.ResponsibilitiesLeading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsNavigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and championsUnderstand the business objectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycleCollaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer successYou will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive successDevelop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookingsProvide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functionsCreate ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approachRun tight POCs based off of business success criteriaStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better identify new business opportunities.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor#39;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - preferred but not required.Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with $6M+ annual track record.Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executivesKnowledge of generative AI and a familiarity with large language models (LLMs)Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutionsPrevious experience working with teammates including SEs, executives amp; engineersExperience with target account selling, solution selling, and using sales methodologies is a plus.Excellent English, and fluency in Spanish.Proven track record of Sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory.SkillsEffective, repeatable methods for uncovering opportunities and building out a new territory.Ability to learn, pitch and demo a technical product, and to adapt in a fast-growing environment.Familiarity with CRM software (e.G., pipedrive, sales navigator) and lead generation tools.Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in diverse teams.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communications and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Experience: Prior experience on technical sales.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends in AI, LLM, quantum computing and related technologies.By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
