Qué buscamos?

Una persona orientada al cliente, resolutiva, proactiva y con habilidades administrativas, que se encargue del seguimiento integral de proyectos desde su traspaso por el departamento comercial hasta la entrega final al cliente.

Muy valorable experiencia previa en packaging o artes gráficas .

Funciones principales:

Gestión de proyectos: compras, altas de producto, fichas técnicas, muestras, trípticos

Gestión de pedidos: entrada, seguimiento, OFS, gastos de desarrollo

Logística: entregas, facturación en depósito, coordinación de envíos

Stock: control de inventario, reportes, coordinación con almacén

Calidad: revisión de especificaciones, no conformidades, colaboración con producción

Informes: KPIs, OTIF, reclamaciones, mejora continua

Requisitos:

  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior
  • Nivel fluido de francés (B2/C1) - valorable inglés
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en atención al cliente
  • Dominio de Excel y paquete Office
  • Conocimientos de ERP Navision
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
