En HAYS estamos colaborando con una plataforma online de compraventa de artículos relacionados con la moda, belleza, salud, entretenimiento y hogar, expertos en marketplaces masivos de venta de productos a nivel mundial.

Estamos buscando un IT Service Desk para unirse a su equipo local durante 2 semanas.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Mantener y ampliar sistemas informáticos en la oficina de Madrid y apertura de nuevas ubicaciones.
- Proporcionar soporte avanzado para sistemas Windows y MacOS
- Administrar procesos de Service Desk Management
- Capacitación de usuarios e ingenieros de Service Desk sobre soporte y atención al usuario para lograr los objetivos y plazos del proyecto.
- Migrar Worldfirst (O365, Citrix, Jira, ServiceNow, Windows server, etc.) a los sistemas internos de la empresa tras la adquisición y transferencia entre ambas empresas.

Requisitos
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en las siguientes funciones:
- Brindar soporte técnico para integraciones de clientes
- Experiencia con Windows y MacOS
- Haber realizado implementaciones
- Inglés avanzado

Condiciones:
- Híbrido en oficina de Madrid
- Contrato temporal (2 semanas)
