The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity that will help you develop your professional skills while gettingacomplete overview of our business, our products and the best category innovations. You willbeable to experience diff erent functions, teams and brands within our Marketing department aswellas understanding how these interact and work with the rest of the company. The mainmission of the role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be to support the definition andimplementation of the marketing plans and key initiatives for the brand according to the localadaptation of the international vision.
The position will be developed over a year path developed within our Marketing division. Duringthese months you will work on different assignments, experiencing new challenges and providingvalue to our business from the very beginning. This is an exciting role for a marketer with strongentrepreneurial spirit and who can manage projects as well as stakeholder engagementthroughout the process, while working with a great cross-functional team as well externalagencies.

What you'll get to do
  • Support the marketing plans for the assigned brands.
  • Ensure the correct communication and alignment between subsidiary and brands inorder to maximize brand expression
  • Monitoring on KPI’s to ensure business compliance with the objectives.
  • Support excellent 360 Brand strategy omnichannel implementation: communication,Trade & Promotional Plans, on/off Point of Sale temporary visibility according to globalbrand guidelines and strategy
  • Support the development of promotional plan per brand under responsibility, includingthe proposal of specific local actions
  • Manage all aspects of promotional material production & distribution.
  • Digital Brand strategy support in collaboration with Digital Marketing team to ensureexcellent brand image deployment according to global guidelines and strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively evaluate competitor activities andprovide analysis, identifying key trends and major drivers and leveraging opportunitiesthat will impact performance
We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Operational Marketing support roles
Education: Bachelor/ Master in Business or similar, finished within the last three years
Languages: English and Spanish are a must, written and spoken (both of them)
