Desde We Bring estamos seleccionando un/a R&D Project Manager en Zamudio para su incorporación en una empresa fabricante, tecnológica e internacional del sector energía.¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES? Garantizarás que los proyectos se entreguen en el tiempo, coste y calidad precisados mediante el desarrollo y la implementación de prácticas avanzadas en materia de gestión de proyectos.Aplicarás las metodologías y herramientas a seguir en materia de gestión de proyectos, asegurando que se implementen de manera efectiva en los proyectos que lideres.Reportarás los riesgos y problemas, así como las acciones correctivas y de mitigación pertinentes.Gestionarás los recursos asignados a los proyectos, siendo responsable de que el equipo cuente con las herramientas necesarias para desempeñar su trabajo.¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS? Tendrás un puesto de máxima responsabilidad, reportando directamente a la Dirección de I+D.Serás responsable de equipos multidisciplinares de 6-10 personas, dependiendo del tamaño del proyecto, coordinando también el trabajo de las personas de otros departamentos asignadas al proyecto (Calidad, Comercial, Operaciones).Formarás parte de una empresa tecnológica que diseña y desarrolla producto propio y trabaja soluciones a medida a nivel internacional.Accederás a formación dentro y fuera de la empresa.Horario flexible, modelo híbrido con 1 día de teletrabajo a la semana y jornada intensiva en verano para que puedas conciliar tu vida personal y profesional. Contrato indefinido y jornada completa con cliente final¿QUÉ TE PEDIMOS?Como R&D Project Manager te pedimos:Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de I+D en el sector energía, de electrónica o telecomunicaciones. Inglés alto (nivel B2 mínimo)
