Tareas

  • Gestión de incidencias con clientes Online por mail, Chat y Direct.
  • Diseño de Banners y gestión de RRSS.
  • Actualización de Stock y gestionar las prendas entre almacenes.
  • Creación de fichas de producto y redimensionamiento de Fotos con Adobe.
  • Gestión de pedidos de Canarias e internacionales.
  • Gestión de las devoluciones online.
  • Modificaciones de la página WEB.

    Requisitos

    Persona con experiencia en tareas en empresa de E-Commerce y customer success.

    Es un plus que el candidato tenga conocimietos de Adobe, RRSS y Shopify.
