Propósito Principal y Objetivo Del Puesto

Gestión de las reclamaciones de producto que se reciben en la Afiliada española.Análisis de reclamaciones por defecto, producto, etc. para identificar posibles tendencias y evaluar.

Responsabilidades Clave

Asegurar que las reclamaciones de calidad recibidas se tramitan, investigan y aprueban de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares aplicables y en los plazos establecidos.Gestionar de muestras de reclamaciones.Notificar inmediatamente de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos en la planta cualquier situación relacionada con reclamaciones que pueda requerir una Notificación a las Autoridades Sanitarias o la retirada de un producto del mercado.Comunicación inmediata de cualquier reclamación asociada a un efecto adverso.Aplicar los estándares vigentes tanto GMP’s como Corporativos aplicables a reclamaciones, incluidos los aplicables a Productos Sanitarios.Desarrollar los procedimientos locales aplicables a reclamaciones.Realizar informes periódicos de reclamaciones e informes de reclamaciones por producto de acuerdo con lo establecido en los procedimientos aplicables. Servir como punto de conexión con el grupo Global y los grupos Regionales de Reclamaciones y Terceros siguiendo los acuerdos de calidad.Soporte a auditorias/inspecciones si es necesario.Formación de terceros en reclamacionesParticipar y proponer iniciativas de Mejora Continua dentro del grupo.

Requerimientos De Formación (estudios)

Formación universitaria (Licenciatura/Grado en Farmacia u otras ciencias de la salud).

Requerimientos De Experiencia

No requerida.

Requerimientos De Idiomas

Inglés fluido oral y escrito. Nivel C1 o equivalente.

Habilidades Personales

Habilidades interpersonales:

 Orientación al cliente y a la atención telefónica. Buenas cualidades en la interacción con profesionales sanitarios, capacidad para resolver problemas relacionados con el uso de los medicamentos de Lilly.

Habilidades organizativas: Capacidad para trabajar con varias reclamaciones a la vez y hacer seguimiento del estado de las mismas. Atención al detalle.
