Descripción del puesto:
Actualmente, estamos buscando a nuestro futuro/a Change Manager para nuestra entidad madrileña de eXalt.
Funciones:
Te encargarás de diseñar e implementar las estrategias de gestión del cambio para algunas iniciativas de transformación, teniendo en cuenta las prioridades específicas del negocio y las necesidades de gestión del cambio, dentro de un equipo de retail.
Es un proyecto centrado en el Customer Experience, trabajarás con el equipo financiero y los equipos de IT para transformar el pricing (que sepas calculas el precio de un producto).
Perfil buscado:
Sobre todo, buscamos una persona impulsada por el espíritu y el ADN de eXalt ☀️ que quiera participar en un desafío magnífico y en nuestra aventura
🎓 Título universitario (máster es un plus) y al menos 4 años en Gestión del Cambio.
🤝 Experiencia en el acompañamiento a grandes empresas en la implementación de una herramienta o nuevas tecnologías.
📸 Experiencia con equipos financieros, idealmente en el área de precios.
🔍 Experiencia en gestión del cambio, especialmente transformación de nuevos modelos de negocio, esquema de gobernanza, proyectos de diseño organizacional, matrices de personalidad, etc.
💡 Idealmente certificación de gestión de cambios Prosci.
📒 Inglés alto (el equipo es internacional, C1).
📊 Herramientas: Klaxoon (intuitivo), plantillas en Google Suite, estructura de entrevistas, análisis de impactos.
🌐 Interés por el sector retail.
