Nuestro cliente está buscando un Tactical Engineering Manager. Buscan una persona capaz de encargarse de uno o dos equipos de producto y por extensión de la organización de la empresa cliente, deben maximizar su capacidad de entrega, siempre desde un enfoque "people first". Para ello, su responsabilidad principal es que el modelo de colaboración, tanto dentro de su equipo como de su equipo dentro de la organización, sea el más adecuado, colaborando con todos sus integrantes y asumiendo las siguientes responsabilidades:

  • Responsable del diseño, evolución y mejora continua del WoW del equipo.
  • Responsable de la detección de procesos ineficientes y mejora de los mismos.
  • Responsable visualizar la entrega de valor del equipo a través de las herramientas adecuadas.
  • Responsable de analizar y mejorar el proceso de discovery y desarrollo de los equipos asignados.
  • Corresponsable de la construcción, validación, y seguimiento de objetivos, estrategia y roadmap a corto, medio y largo plazo de los equipos asignados.
  • Responsable de dotar de herramientas para reflejarlo, facilitar el proceso de definición y perseguir cualquier alteración del plan establecido.
  • Garantizar que el roadmap contiene iniciativas con enunciados de problemas claros e hipótesis y/o soluciones para resolver ese problema, y KPI para medir el resultado de esas soluciones.
  • Liderar sesiones para alinear la estrategia y las prioridades del equipo para que abordemos las necesidades de nuestros consumidores.
  • Corresponsable de la entrega frecuente de incrementos de producto con valor del equipo de desarrollo.
  • Responsable de definir y mantener el etiquetado y composición del backlog siguiendo la estrategia establecida.
  • Ayudar a los líderes técnicos a implementar buenas prácticas de ingeniería, mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software, nuevas soluciones de arquitectura y cualquier otra iniciativa técnica dentro de los equipos y monitorizar su ejecución.
  • Gestionar su equipo, participar en el proceso de selección, realizar 1 to 1, dirigiir los onboarding y offboarding, realizar actividades de team building.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia en gestión de personas.
    • Experiencia en un puesto similar.
    • Experiencia trabajando centrado a producto.
    • Background técnico
    • Conocimiento / experiencia de CI / CD. Conocimiento en construcción e implementación en pipelines y herramientas asociadas.
    • Comprensión de las prácticas y técnicas modernas de desarrollo de software (por ejemplo, TDD, BDD, DDD, API First).
    • Experiencia de entrega de programas / proyectos / productos.
    • Experiencia en gestión, preferiblemente dentro de un proyecto de desarrollo de software.
    • Experiencia demostrable en la resolución de problemas y riesgos en relación con el delivery y la entrega de los equipos de software.
