Overview


The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process aims to transform business decision making that will result in profitable and sustainable growth balancing strategic, financial and operational objectives. It is a cross-functional, rolling planning process integrating product, marketing, sales, supply chain, partner and financial plans into one aligned plan for the business through a global standard.


The Global Adoption Team is accountable for ensuring our deployment project teams are equipped to ready the organization including enacting the key changes required to successfully adopt IBP. The team’s focus is on assessing, planning for and readying local market teams to adopt changes across people, process and technology, managing stakeholder communication and engagement. Global Adoption will partner with Global Communications and Capability teams to ensure robust and cohesive strategy, tools and templates as well as providing direction, coaching and guidance to the local market adoption team members.


The Change (Adoption) Manager will contribute to the development and deployment of IBPs change management plan, readiness tools (including digital tools and engagement materials. We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of working on change and transformation projects to join our team.


Responsibilities


  • Applying change management methodology and expertise to create and deliver user-centric change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impacts assessment and action planning, and metric-based business readiness activities
  • Supporting change readiness assessment and action planning, including communications and capability development
  • Leveraging and enhancing IBPs Adoption Tools, including our digitalised Integrated Adoption Analytics (iAA) dashboard, Sponsorship Engagement tracker and IBPs Annual Assessment tools to support deployment adoption planning and reporting and future improvements.
  • Taking an active part in enabling the deployment teams to successfully deliver and embed change across the project in assigned area of responsibility, understanding changes for impacted stakeholders across processes, tools and systems resulting from the initiative
  • Partnering with communications to build the right messages and engagement channels for impacted employee groups at the right time
  • Organizing relevant information, content creation, and partnering across the Sectors to drive and track adoption
  • Gathering and reporting feedback from relevant project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key programme stakeholders

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree, in HR, Communications or another related field, with Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in transformational change management or agile system experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Strong understanding of data principles used for tracking engagement and adoption
  • Ability to think creatively; intellectually curious with a positive and resilient character
  • Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills, and ability to adapt quickly to change environments and balance a varied workload, work autonomously and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent influencing skills; good organizational awareness
  • Ability to navigate periods of pressure and balance priorities/workload throughout the project duration due to tight deadlines
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management to deliver organisational change management (OCM)
  • Excellent verbal and written English language and presentation skills
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
