What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

What is your role and surroundings?

Our  Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group  is looking for you as a Deputy Program Manager m/f for our localization, Vitoria in Spain.

What will be your main missions?

Interact with Core and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Team members to establish and support program goals. Coordinate all the program activities, set up and follow program master schedule (design, validation, industrialization), inform about deviations and propose action plans Support Program Manager(s) Liaise between departments to ensure all financial, engineering, and quality needs are addressed Gain knowledge of Risk/opportunity analyses by supporting the development and implementation of appropriate action plans Assist in ensuring all cross-functional program teams understand their objectives and assignments Assist in organization of communications throughout the program lifecycle Assist in transition from development center to production plant Follow up all project intersection topics with plant (machine readiness, Material readiness, Ramp-up, resource, …) Manage program documentation Contribute to meeting preparation with clients on the economic, timing and technical fields Understand business systems and assists in applying them to the program(s) Observing quality topics of product and project in plant Reporting the status of project progress in plant to Project Observing the Stock status with Quality (Project and Plant Quality)

The mission will last 12 months .

What you need to join us?

Engineering diploma or equivalent . Previous automotive experience is advantageous. English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world. MS Office tools good command (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
