Stagiaire SDR (Sales Development Representative) - Shadow
À propos de Shadow : Shadow propose un outil SaaS, permettant aux établissements de santé de réaliser la mesure et de piloter leur bilan carbone, conçue spécifiquement pour le secteur de la santé. Nous aidons les établissements de santé à réduire leur empreinte carbone en leur fournissant un outil précis et efficace pour mesurer, suivre et optimiser leur impact environnemental. Avec une équipe de 7 personnes, nous sommes en pleine croissance et cherchons à renforcer notre équipe commerciale. Le poste est en remote, mais nous offrons également la possibilité de travailler depuis Barcelone, avec un espace de coworking pris en charge.
Le Poste :
Descriptif du poste : En tant que Stagiaire SDR chez Shadow, tu joueras un rôle crucial dans notre stratégie de croissance en identifiant et en qualifiant de nouveaux prospects. Tes principales missions seront :
Prospection active : Mener des campagnes de cold mailing et cold calling pour générer des rendez-vous avec des prospects qualifiés pour Thomas, le sales lead.Écoute active et qualification : Être à l’écoute des besoins de nos prospects, comprendre leurs enjeux spécifiques au secteur de la santé, et présenter Shadow de manière claire et engageante.Gestion du pipeline : Animer le pipeline des prospects intéressés, en envoyant des informations pertinentes et du contenu personnalisé pour nourrir leur intérêt.CRM & Reporting : Documenter avec précision les retours des différents appels et interactions avec les prospects dans notre CRM, et assurer un suivi rigoureux.Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing et commerciale pour affiner les stratégies de prospection et maximiser l’impact des actions commerciales.Profil Recherché :
Formation : Peu importe ton diplôme, ce qui compte, c’est ta motivation et tes compétences.
