We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join a multinational company located in Vallès Oriental (Barcelona). The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, with a focus on the development of electronic circuits for power electronics.

In this company, you will be responsible for designing and developing the electronic equipment and components present in our innovative products, whether they are catalogue or custom-made. What does this involve?

Tasks:

  • Develop hardware-related software for touch control and graphical user interfaces.
  • Create concepts and design new software modules.
  • Optimise and refactor existing software modules.
  • Document and verify the developed software.
  • Manage requirements for software development.
  • Collaborate with international project teams.

Skills / Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in C programming language is essential.
  • Knowledge of C++, Python programming languages.
  • Good understanding of electronics.
  • Familiarity with communication buses and wireless communication is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of GIT & Polarion is preferable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong team player with flexibility and willingness to travel.
