Executive Assistant Intern - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing the executives calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handle internal and external communication.
- Support event planning and organization, including coordinating with vendors.
- Conduct research and assist with various projects and tasks.
- Interact with guests and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain databases, prepare reports, and manage office supplies.
