En estos momentos nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Learning Experience Coordinator a nuestro equipo de Learning Studio que coordine y lidere la producción de contenidos e-learning (cursos HTML, vídeos, módulos de aprendizaje, actividades, etc.) garantizando la calidad pedagógica, sintáctica y ortográfica y cubriendo las necesidades expresadas por el/la cliente/a para la formación de su personal, ajustándose a una planificación y un modelo de gestión establecidos.


¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?


  • Coordinar la producción de contenidos con equipos y colaboradores/as internos/as y externos/as.
  • Interlocución con expertos/as en formación o cliente/a final.
  • Seguimiento y control del avance de la producción: alcance, cronograma, hitos de producción y calidad.
  • Control y documentación de cambios.
  • Control de riesgos y puesta en marcha de las acciones necesarias que los mitiguen, así como escalado de las incidencias y problemas que surjan a los/as project managers.
  • Asesorar pedagógicamente al/la cliente/a, definir y garantizar la adecuada estructura de la producción para cubrir las necesidades expresadas por el/la cliente/a y el objetivo para el cual se crea el contenido.
  • Orientar el producto/contenido en función de las directrices definidas en el libro blanco del proyecto y asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo conocen y aplican dichas directrices.
  • Crear la unidad demo, para la verificación de las expectativas del/la cliente/a, y los objetivos formativos establecidos.
  • Garantizar la correcta aplicación por todos los miembros del equipo de la metodología y plantillas establecidas para el proyecto.
  • Garantizar la calidad pedagógica, sintáctica y ortográfica del producto.


    Es imprescindible tener:

    • Amplio conocimiento de herramientas de creación de contenido, diseño, edición, etc.
    • Conocimiento de alguna metodología de gestión de proyectos (Agile, PMI, Prince2, ...).
    • Nivel de inglés alto, puesto que los proyectos serán en inglés.


      Buscamos una persona oientada a cliente/a, con capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas, que cuente con unas buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
