Strategy Analytics Director

Join our Strategic Planning & Analytics team based in PUIG Headquarters in Barcelona reporting to our VP of Strategic Planning & Analytics.
 

•    Empower the Strategic Planning and the Consumer & Market Intelligence teams to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership for effective decision-making.
•    Develop and manage a market intelligence platform with dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
•    Assist the Strategic Planning process by integrating market/ business data and creating tools and dashboards to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives based on the plan.
•    Support the Consumer Research projects with analytical methods & tools.
•    Serve as the SP & C&MI data platform owner and collaborate with the Global Data Analytics Hub and other domains to implement the right data architecture, ensuring a “single source of truth.”
•    Support the Company’s Top Management in the adoption of analytical tools.
•    Create an Analytics Community and foster their engagement.
 

Experience:
•    You have led data and analytics transformation projects in FMCG multinational companies.
•    You have delivered data-driven insights across market intelligence, retail, e-commerce, financial functions, supply chain, and consumer Insights.
•    You have hands-on knowledge of leading data analytics and visualization tools.
•    You have designed and rolled out dashboards for data visualization and decision-making.
 

Education:

•    University graduate with a degree in a quantitative field (Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
•    A master’s degree in data analytics or an MBA will be valued.

Languages:
•    Proficient in Spanish and English French will be valued
