As Head of Insights & Foresights you will be responsible for delivering actionable consumer insights, identifying market opportunities, consumer patterns and business potential. Describe market size, product usage and customer segmentations. On the foresight function you will be the first to identify consumer and sports trends at a really early stage.
You’ll be at the center of the company’s strategy, clearly defining priority segments and the right product range and channel to conquer them. You’ll be involved in maximizing the value derived from data and analysis, by providing the insights in a simple, reliable way and by establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
As an experienced player in the industry, you’re able to identify the right partners, studies, reports and events to find relevant information.
This role is perfect for a hands-on analytical leader who can blend quantitative and qualitative research methods to deliver clear, business-relevant and actionable insights in various formats.
Responsibilities
Set up a research framework using internal and external data, identifying the right sources internally, involving analytics teams and enriching it with and qualitative and quantitative external researchEstablish a clear definition of how the market looks like in the different categories and geographiesDefine and measure representative dynamic Customer Segmentations actionable by Commercial and Marketing teamsBecome the single source of truth for customer knowledge and insights. Deliver it in clear, relevant and actionable papers, dashboards, reportsImplement a Governance with all necessary stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize the usage of the data and insightsBuild a foresight observatory, allowing you to be the first to identify consumer trends in the industrySkills
Hands-On Quantitative and Qualitative ResearchAdvanced Data AnalyticsStrong Communication skills, be able to translate complex data processing into clear, actionable insightsCollaboration is key, as your team will work together with many different stakeholders across the companyYou have a strong experience building customer insights in Retail, FCMG or Sports Sectors, whether in Final Customer or in Agency/Research InstituteKPI
