Desde Robert Walters nos encontramos en búsqueda del Sales Manager para coordinar y gestionar el equipo de ventas de una importante empresa dentro del sector mueble, ubicada en Valencia.

Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos en ventas marcados.
- Gestionar y liderar al equipo de ventas.
- Negociación de acuerdos comerciales.
- Realizar análisis y estudios de mercado para crear planes empresariales detallados sobre oportunidades comerciales (expansión, desarrollo del negocio, etc.)
- Analizar el desempeño del equipo a cargo, aportando las herramientas necesarias e implementando mejoras cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobada de al menos 5 años en rol de dirección comercial en el sector mueble.
- Profundo conocimiento del sector y sus tendencias.
- Dominio perfecto de castellano e inglés.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y comunicación.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos multidisciplinares.
