¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?



Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to significantly increase revenue and market share.

Support the leader of our in-house sales team, by providing training, coaching, and performance management.

Spearhead the creation of local sales teams across key financial centers globally.

Provide guidance for the marketing team leader to drive initiatives aimed at generating high-

quality leads.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales processes and metrics to set goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed.It is an strategic position.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?



A seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the B2B, finance, or economic intelligence sectors- 10 years.Previous experience working at a SaaS (Fintec)Experience in consultative sales, B2B, and C-level.

Someone with a demonstrable track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.

A strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, with a deep understanding of our business,

market, and client needs.

An individual with a strong will to succeed, who knows how to motitate teams and drive them towards achieving ambitious targets.

Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to propel business growth.Languagues: English Profeciency
