Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Liderar y gestionar el equipo de delegados especialistas con fármacos de dispensación hospitalaria en el área bajo su responsabilidad para asegurar que cumplen con todos los requerimientos del puesto.
  • Responsable de la planificación, ejecución de proyectos y acciones del equipo de ventas en su territorio.
  • Realizar las tareas de coaching al equipo para liderarlos a un modelo de excelencia en la visita médica especializada
  • Definir las responsabilidades, presupuestos y objetivos para su equipo y establecer unos KPI que permitan medir su trazabilidad y éxito.
  • Responsable de maximizar las ventas en su territorio con un uso racional de los recursos para una óptima inversión y retorno.
  • Coordinación de los equipos transversales para un funcionamiento y alineamiento de los planes de acción. Trabajar en equipo con las diferentes funciones para asegurar un adecuado seguimiento, planificación de objetivos y seguimiento de los planes de acción y de los KPI de cada cuenta hospitalaria.
  • Trabajar en equipo tanto con sus compañeros gerentes de otros territorios como con las otras funciones clave (Médica, Acceso, Marketing) para desarrollar y planificar adecuadamente los proyectos.
  • Tener un rol de liderazgo del área como representante de la compañía frente a los diferentes stakeholders en eventos y actividades de su territorio.
Formación y experiencia
  • Experiencia previa de 8 años en gerencias de ventas de porfolios hospitalarios y preferiblemente para el área de inmunomediadas.
  • Deseable licenciatura en ciencias de la salud
  • Experiencia previa en productos del área de Dermatología, deseable
  • Experiencia con fármacos de dispensación hospitalaria
Conocimientos específicos
  • Experiencia en planificación de cuentas y en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares
  • Habilidades para construir relaciones sólidas con KOLs
  • Excelentes capacidades de liderazgo, coaching, planificación, priorización y establecimiento de objetivos
  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto en comunicación oral como escrita.
  • Enfoque creativo e innovador de los desafíos comerciales, pensamiento innovador.
