En duagon Iberia estamos buscando un Head Business Manager para nuestras oficinas de Tres Cantos, Madrid. Cuyas tareas principales serán:


Team Leader: Se encargará de liderar un equipo de Business Managers , este liderazgo será de dando ejemplo por lo que también tendrá tareas de Business Manager. Ayudará a la confección del Business Plan de cada Business Manager, realizará el seguimiento y cumplimiento de los objetivos prefijados , será responsable del cumplimiento de ventas anuales del equipo, coordinara las cuentas de cada BM, asegurará el cumplimiento semanal de los KPI's de cada BM.


Desarrollo comercial/ Hunter: Se encargará la consecución de nuevas cuentas del mundo IT e Ingeniería. También se encargara de realizar todo el proceso de la consecución de nuevos proyectos realizando tareas como: formulación de ofertas , negociación de precios o tarifas, responsabilizarse de la firma y el seguimiento burocrático de procesos como: NDA, Acuerdos Marcos...


Reclutamiento: El Business Manager será responsable de tener y conseguir los recursos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades técnicas de su unidad de negocio. Para su consecución tendrá el apoyo de Recursos Humanos.


Management: El Business Manager será el encargado de dirigir y guiar a los ingenieros existentes en su unidad de negocio, así como garantizar el buen desempeño de los mismos y la satisfacción del cliente final. Para ello se deberá: Mantener Follow Up meetings con los clientes, reuniones de seguimiento con los empleados, Evaluaciones Anuales de Desempeño...


Requisitos mínimos:


Mínimo 5 año de experiencia comercial: Business Manager / Business Developer (abstenerse candidatos sin experiencia como Business Manager en consultoria)Estar familiarizado a trabajar mediante objetivos, KPIs.Inglés B2/C1
