Objetivo de la posición

El principal objetivo de esta posición es controlar desde el laboratorio las no conformidades/incidencias/reclamaciones de calidad generadas durante el proceso de fabricación del producto; gestionando su solución y recuperación, a partir del análisis y el seguimiento de los procedimientos de calidad.

Principales funciones

Resolver incidencias de calidad /ajustes no habituales durante el proceso de fabricación base agua y disolvente.

Gestión de las No Conformidades.

Realizar estudios y ensayos de laboratorio derivados de no conformidades en productos acabados.

Dar respuesta a las reclamaciones técnicas.

Desarrollo de nuevos métodos de control.

Gestionar la recuperación de fallas en los procedimientos y productos.

Gestionar las no conformidades de materia prima.

Proponer modificaciones en fórmulas con el objetivo de reducir ajustes y optimizar la fabricación.

Participar en la redacción de los procedimientos de calidad y en su aplicación según las normas de calidad internas.

Emitir certificados de análisis de acuerdo a la solicitud recibida.

Mantenimiento del QM (creación y actualización de IP).

Realizar el mantenimiento y la calibración de los equipos utilizados en el laboratorio.

Realizar el mantenimiento y la gestión de la documentación del laboratorio de Control de Calidad.

Gestión de procedimientos, métodos e instrucciones de normas de calidad.

Asegurar la implantación y mantenimiento de las 5 S en el área de trabajo.

Requisitos del puesto

Estudios de CFGS o Ingeniería en Química, Industrial o similares.

Nivel de inglés medio (B2).

Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en las funciones descritas o similares.

Valorable experiencia en entornos productivos/industriales, conocimiento del producto/marca (pinturas de decoración), procedimientos de calidad.
