TBO.COM está buscando actualmente dos Key Account Managers experimentado con base en España, en Madrid y Valencia

El candidato ideal debería tener una sólida reputación entre los agentes de viajes locales y poseer un buen entendimiento del mercado de consolidadores de servicios turísticos.


Responsabilidades del Trabajo:

Integrar, capacitar y fomentar la confianza con nuevos socios en la plataforma B2B de TBO.COM.Mantener el negocio existente desarrollando relaciones comerciales y personales sólidas con socios en todos los niveles y negociando condiciones comerciales y financieras.Identificar y aprovechar nuevas oportunidades comerciales para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas del equipo.Realizar visitas regulares a los sitios (mínimo 3-4 días a la semana), brindar apoyo en el lugar y en línea a los agentes, organizar capacitaciones/webinars e introducir nuevos productos para aumentar las ventas.Monitorear las preferencias diarias de los clientes y del equipo utilizando herramientas de BI para mejorar los resultados.Coordinar con el departamento de soporte para resolver problemas de forma rápida.Proporcionar actualizaciones y reportes regulares al Gerente Regional.


Requisitos:


Experiencia previa en la industria de viajes es esencial (Mínimo de 3 años en un rol similar).Ambicioso, motivado, orientado a objetivos, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación empresarial.Amplia experiencia en negociaciones B2B y habilidades de gestión de ventas.Historial demostrado en el desarrollo de ventas nuevas/existentes en España, preferiblemente con una plataforma de viajes en línea.Fuertes habilidades de ventas y éxito comprobado dentro de la red de la industria turística local.Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tecnologías, productos y procedimientos.Disposición para viajar regularmente, licencia de conducir válida.Fluidez en Spanish y ingles.
