    Descripción

    Mission:

    * To contribute to sustainable profitability and awareness by obtaining from our supply base, the "Best in Class" QCD performance and a flow of innovation relevant for our worldwide products, using:

  • Clear and appropriate framework and suppliers' relationships
Business allocation of products and services to suppliersRegular QCD performance reviews

* To contribute to growth by leading the competitive localization of our supplies of parts.

Management missions:

To create sustainable performance relying on teams' motivation:

* as leader, to align teams members' actions with strategy

* as coach, to develop teams members performance and make them accountable through a close relationship and delegation rules

* as pathfinder, to guide teams members in driving change and innovation

Key Partnerships:

* Procurement teams and Engineering divisions: to jointly implement technico economical strategy on Commodities/Technologies and Best economic performance.

* Manufacturing division, Supply chain department: to jointly reach the best performance on economical, quality and on-time deliveries for our parts supplied for plants.

* Sales and Marketing division, After-sales division: to jointly reach the best performance on economical, quality and on-time deliveries for our parts and industrial services supplies for our aftersales, LCV operations and commercial needs.

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related field.High level of English.Previous experience in a supplier management position in the industrial manufacturing industry.Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics.Project management skills and ability to multi-task.
