Job Summary Key Accountabilities Provide functional and technical expertise and support day to day operations to ensure that company information systems and infrastructure are defined, developed and maintained effectively and that organizational objectives are met. Demonstrate a broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and defining new opportunities. Recommend, prepare and execute implementation plan for upgrades, redesigns, and other short - Good command of both oral and written local language and English are required. Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial. - University (Degree) in Computer Science / Informatics or related Engineering field. - Experience 5-7 years of experience of integration projects (ERP/HCM) - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Highly self-motivated and well organized. - Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude. - Skilled in Microsoft Office. - High security focus - Ability to understand and build new integration in workday - Ability to gather and document technical requirements - Superior communication skills both written and spoken - Provide support and assist implementation team in quick resolution of issues - Influence customer behavior towards best practice solutions - Workday specific knowledge: - Proficient in Workday Studio - Report building - Integration build and maintenance using PECI, PICOF, APIs and other integration mechanisms - RaaS - Integration experience with SNOW, AD, O365
