About the Role:
Sgs is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to lead the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition, talent management systems, and other enterprise systems such as Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems, ensuring timely and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in managing and executing complex system integrations, particularly with Workday HCM.
- Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- Workday HCM and Workday Integration/Studio certifications are preferred but not required.
