DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Buscamos buscando un perfil especialista en gestíon de operaciones de logistica.
Personas con iniciativa, resolutivas y recursos para funcionar con autonomía. Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo, aportando ideas . Un perfil con escucha activa, empatía, comunicación y asertividad.
Sus funciones principales serán:
• Dirige, coordina y controla las operaciones de las delegaciones asignadas, realiza todas las tareas necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos para él y para la empresa.
• Establece las pautas para organizar las operaciones de almacenamiento y transporte de las delegaciones asignadas
• Coordina las operaciones y la gestión de recursos operativos en las delegaciones asignadas
• Supervisa el proceso de conversión de movimientos operativos en facturación de clientes de las delegaciones asignadas
• Monitorea reportes, las productividades, márgenes y otros ratios que permiten el seguimiento de resultados en las delegaciones asignadas.
• Supervisa análisis de roturas/siniestros y establece procedimientos para minimizarlas, con los site managers, a demanda de estos últimos.
• Supervisa el cumplimiento de los requisitos del servico de los clientes y analiza con los site managers la resolución de problemas y desarrollo de proyectos.
• Participa en el equipo de operaciones de España y en el análisis de resultados.
• Procede a contactos con clientes desde un punto de vista operacional y de satisfacción
• Supervisa las compras asociadas a operaciones.
Conocimientos y experiencia necesaria para tener éxito en la posición
Licenciatura o Grado en Gestión de Distribución y Logística, o en Gestión (Logística), o Ingeniería o al menos 5 años de experiencia en actividad logística en España, transporte terrestre y/o responsable de almacenes logisticos.Conocimientos de inglés y español.Habilidades informáticas desde la perspectiva de usuario avanzado.Disponibilidad para viajar por EspañaOtros conocimientos que aportan un plus
