Mission:


Support the Senior Controller in the financial controlling of the Business unit, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy in reporting and planning processes. Improve and automatize current reporting tools.


Main functions:


Support the preparation of sales reports (weekly & monthly sales)Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting (P&L)Support the FP&A, with the preparation of specific analysis.Optimize and automatize current reporting files.Support specific cost-optimization actions, through “ad-hoc analysis”.Support to various activities in the financial management of the BU (Stock planning, Salesforce reporting, Internal Controls, …)


Requirements:


Degree in Economics and Finance (or last-year Student)Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.Language: Spanish & English fluent; knowledge of French would be aplus.Possibility to make an agreement with the university for internships.
