La posición pertenece a la D. LOGISTICA Y SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.

Se trata de una posición de carácter Temporal.

La persona que ocupe esta posición será la responsable de la asignación y gestión del stock disponible (en tiempo y forma) de la manera más optima y eficiente posible, reportando la información necesaria solicitada sobre la disponibilidad de este a las áreas de interés (Línea Negocio, Complejos industriales,…).

Se trata de un puesto de gestión transversal a todas las áreas de la Dirección Logística de Química. Relación e Interlocución con el resto de las áreas de la unidad de Poliolefinas dentro de la DE Química, así como con los Complejos Industriales de Repsol Química (Puertollano, Tarragona y Sines), Almacenes Externos y maquilas.

En esta posición se obtendrá una visión global de la Dirección de Logística, dada su interlocución y relación diaria con las distintas áreas que la componen. Conocimiento del Negocio de Poliolefinas, principal cliente del área, así como del funcionamiento de la producción y Logística Operativa de los Complejos Industriales, gestión con Almacenes y Expediciones. Conocimiento y gestión de una amplia tipología de materiales, aplicaciones y mercados asociados.

Principales funciones:

Seguimiento diario de programas de producción con las entradas correspondientes.

Coordinación con programación, complejos industriales, jefes de producto/gestores de cuenta y laboratorio, para garantizar el nivel de servicio comprometido con el negocio de Poliolefinas.

Gestionar el stock disponible, tanto en volumen como en antigüedad, para garantizar la aplicación de criterios FIFO y el cumplimiento de objetivos anuales (técnicos y económicos).

Coordinación con almacenes externos para los traslados necesarios, garantizando la optimización del coste de estos, asegurando así la marcha de la planta por disponibilidad interna de almacenamiento.

Gestión de incidencias en la operativa diaria (Logística, Complejos Industriales, Transportes, Customer Care, TI...).

Solicitud de operaciones para la revalorización del producto.

Revisión y validación Facturas asociadas a los almacenes externos.

Requisitos de la posición:

Formación académica: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior y/o estudios superiores en el ámbito químico.

Conocimiento del Negocio Químico, en particular de las Poliolefinas y sus aplicaciones.

Experiencia: Conocimientos de Logística y/o poliolefinas.

Herramientas: SAPR3, Salesforce.

Habilidad para gestionar y priorizar periodos con incrementos de actividad.

Alto grado de trabajo en equipo.

Capacidad de interlocución a diferentes niveles, tanto dentro como fuera de la organización.

Requisitos adicionales (valorables):

Conocimientos en Power BI y Excel.
