About the role The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotels facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibizas surroundings. Program length: 4-6 months Start date: April May 2025 Whats in it for you You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of guest relations and rooms division management and to learn about modern luxury lifestyle standards. Requisitos : Student of Hospitality & Hotel Management, Tourism, (Diploma, Vocational or University studies or Master). English Fluency (B2+ or above). Being an independent speaker of Spanish (B2) will be a plus Passion for the restaurant industry. Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills. Previous hospitality experience is a big plus. Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
