Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a proven track record in sales. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients travel needs and provide tailored travel solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or similar sales role in travel industry. Strong understanding of the travel industry and its dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
