Espíritu de equipo Qué esperamos de ti - Realizar las reservas tanto telefónicas como por correo electrónico - Realizar las entradas y salidas de clientes. - Atender las peticiones del cliente, darle información en todo lo solicitado (instalaciones, horarios, alrededores, otros) - Resolver las quejas y reclamaciones. Remitir las más graves al Jefe de Recepción. - Controlar la facturación diaria y realizar el cuadre de caja. - Mantener limpio y actualizado el sistema - Realizar un seguimiento del booking y de los cierres, y efectuarlo personalmente en su caso
Requisitos : - Grado en Turismo o similar - Al menos 1 año de experiencia en Dpto. de Recepción - Imprescindible conocimientos y experiencia en el manejo de Opera - Valorable conocimientos de Marsha y de otros programas de gestión hotelera. - Idiomas: Inglés (alto). Valorable otros idiomas - Orientación al Cliente - Comunicación - Iniciativa - Trabajo en Equipo - Resolución de Problemas
