Descripción del puesto

La posición temporal se encuadra dentro de la D. Tecnología & CV, en el equipo de Open Innovation de Repsol Technology Lab, cuyo objetivo es generar valor a la Compañía, combinando el conocimiento interno y externo (inteligencia colectiva) para ofrecer soluciones tecnológicas que respondan a los retos del Grupo tanto actuales como futuros.

La persona incorporada tendrá la misión de impulsar las actividades necesarias para promover la conexión con redes externas, impulsar, realizar el seguimiento y reporte de las pruebas de concepto o pilotos que se realicen en Repsol Techhnology Lab o gestionados por la D. Tecnología y Corporate Venturing, interaccionando con los distintos agentes externos e internos implicados.

La persona incorporada tendrá además la oportunidad de relacionarse e interaccionar con start-ups tecnológicas, universidades y centros de investigación de primer nivel, así como con los equipos de innovación de otras corporaciones.

Asimismo, desarrollará actividades para potenciar la imagen y reputación de Repsol Technology Lab participando en foros de difusión.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Generar conexiones y redes de contacto internas y externas a través de diferentes foros de innovación y emprendimiento

Scouting de startups tecnológicas que permitan acelerar los proyectos internos de I+D, así como alimentar el deal-flow para la función de Corporate Venturing

Impulsar la realización de pruebas de concepto y pilotos desde los diversos ejes en los que Tecnología y Corporate Venturing están trabajando.

Realizar el seguimiento y avance de las pruebas de concepto, interaccionando con los distintos agentes externos e internos implicados, buscando agilidad y eficiencia en los procesos necesarios para la realización de los pilotos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos e hitos que se han marcado como necesarios para la validación tecnológica.

Lanzamiento de retos tecnológicos a través de plataformas externas, que permitan encontrar soluciones específicas

Participar en eventos tecnológicos críticos del sector, con el objetivo de potenciar la imagen tecnológica del Grupo, poner en valor el expertise técnico de los científicos y difundir el modelo de innovación abierta.

Definir y reportar las métricas de la actividad del área, con el objetivo de medir adecuadamente su impacto

Impulsar el hub de innovación tecnológica industrial, All4Zero, contribuyendo a los objetivos generales del mismo, dando difusión para la identificación de posibles nuevos socios y llevar a cabo el seguimiento y acompañamiento a los científicos en el desarrollo de las pruebas de concepto.

Requisitos necesarios

Titulación superior.

Valorable conocimiento y experiencia en aplicación de metodologías de innovación (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile)

Valorable experiencia en emprendimiento y conocimiento del ecosistema de innovación

Nivel de inglés: B2+

Habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral con la capacidad de comunicar ideas y resultados de manera clara en todos los niveles organizacionales.

Capacidad de trabajar de forma creativa y analítica en un entorno de solución de problemas.
