What makes you great

  • As the Head of IT Infrastructure Services at Linde, you will be an ideal candidate if you have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least +9 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure services
  • You will need to have a strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, storage, cloud computing, and IT security, to ensure the optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure
  • Having excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills will be important since you will manage and lead the infrastructure team and vendors
  • You should have experience with agile methodologies and ITIL and a passion for IT with a desire to drive positive change
  • You will be quality-conscious, with strong analytical thinking, planning, and evaluating skills, as well as a proven track record of implementing improvement initiatives
  • Having a service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of service consumers will allow you to develop optimal solutions
  • You will be able to work in an international environment and demonstrate fluency in English
  • A project management certification is a plus, and a willingness to travel will be required. By leveraging your skills and experience in IT infrastructure services, you'll make a significant impact on the continued growth and success of the company
