La persona seleccionada gestionará las siguientes tareas:
- Gestión de llamadas entrantes, correos electrónicos y correspondencia
- Coordinar las actividades y operaciones de la oficina para asegurar eficiencia y cumplimiento con las políticas de la empresa
- Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores, prestadores de servicios y propietarios, asegurando que todos los artículos sean facturados y pagados a tiempo
- Asistir a los ejecutivos con sus agendas, incluyendo reuniones, organización de viaje y citas
- Preparar y editar documentos, presentaciones e informes para reuniones ejecutivas
- Coordinar y organizar eventos, reuniones y conferencias de la empresa
- Asegurar que la oficina cumpla con las políticas de salud, seguridad y seguridad
- Mantener y actualizar las bases de datos y registros de la empresa con información precisa
- Asistir en la preparación de informes regulares
- Gestionar los gastos relacionados con la oficina y conciliar las cuentas mensuales
- Preparar y presentar informes de gastos y órdenes de compra
- Gestión de facturas entrantes
- Colaboración con el proveedor externo de contabilidad
Buscamos una persona que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación en Secretariado de Dirección o similar
- Experiencia como Office Mannager o Administrador de Oficina
- Dominio de inglés: excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de priorizar tareas.
- Competencia en Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y software de gestión de oficinas.
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas ERP y CRM.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Atención al detalle y habilidades para la resolución de problemas
