Para seguir cumpliendo con nuestra ambición de ser líderes en el mercado, las exigencias del negocio y el servicio a clientes, Nutreco Animal Nutrition Iberia, en su división de Trouw, sigue desarrollando su negocio, a nivel técnico y comercial, en el área de rumiantes de leche en Iberia.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Para esta posición, buscamos un/a experto/a en nutrición de rumiantes de leche con una clara orientación comercial. Con tu contribución, conseguiremos nuestra ambición, ser los lideres indiscutibles del mercado en Iberia. Además, trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinares e internacionales.

Piensas en el cliente y en lo que el mercado está demandando en cada momento. Además, destacas por tu capacidad analítica y estratégica.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades

Soporte Técnico

Dar soporte técnico, actuando como experto de confianza frente a clientes y otros profesionales de la industria. Analizar e interpretar datos de campo, asesorando en temas tales como transporte animal, equipos, granjas, nutrición o cualquier otra materia relacionada.

Venta de valor

Formular las preguntas adecuadas para que afloren las necesidades implícitas del cliente. Aportar valor al cliente, investigando sobre sus necesidades y desarrollándolas. Demostrar al cliente que nuestros productos y servicios le ayudan en sus necesidades y el crecimiento de su negocio.

Compartir conocimiento

Presentar nuevas soluciones y propuestas al cliente. Ser persona de referencia en el sector de vacuno de leche, participando en publicaciones y artículos. Impartir charlas técnicas a nuestros grupos de interés y demostrar cómo nuestros productos cumplen con sus necesidades como clientes. Apoyar las reuniones de ventas ofreciendo formación e información relevante tanto para nuestros equipos como para los clientes.

Proyectos

Participar en múltiples proyectos relacionados con el servicio al cliente y ventas, contribuyendo a la consecución de los resultados deseados.

Networking internacional

Ser responsable de adquirir y mantener conocimientos técnicos y de producto, asistiendo a formaciones locales y globales. Colaborar con los equipos de venta, de desarrollo de producto e innovación de Nutreco.

Cualquier otra función que te inspire a conseguir nuestra misión "Feeding the future".

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Jornada completa (40h) y contrato indefinido.

¿Qué es necesario para ser exitoso/a en el puesto?

Título Universitario en Veterinaria.

Experiencia en puesto similar de, al menos, 2 años.

Buenas habilidades analíticas, comunicativas y comerciales.

Fluidez en español e inglés.

Experiencia en manejo de entorno office.

Disponibilidad para viajar en España y Portugal.
