Siemens operates Workday HCM in over 45 countries and aims to expand Workday globally based on standardized processes. Our internal team of Workday Specialists supports Workday Projects and Operations across various Workstreams.
Collaborating with the Functional Process Owners and the Operations Team for Workday involves:
- Discovering and analyzing PRISM & Reporting issues in the system and proposing suitable solution approaches
- Identifying and implementing improvements within the Workday PRISM
- Supporting additional Workday Prism country rollouts
- Managing data and integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting
- Focusing on ensuring global system and process stability by handling regular operations tasks with the Operations Team
- Developing Solution Design and Implementing Change Requests, including IT testing and deployment
- Defining, managing, and carrying out Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
- Documenting activities in accordance with the compliance framework
We are seeking someone with...
- 3+ Years of general knowledge across all Workday modules
- 2+ Years of specific knowledge in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, preferably for various companies/clients
- Proficient in Business English (mandatory), German (preferred)
- Exceptional knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup, encompassing areas like Workday Prism data integration, PRISM data management, Data Security, Workday Custom Reports, and more
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a good grasp of a broad application and interfaces landscape
- Dedication to adding value to customers and offering excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business, or Economics
