Key Responsibilities- Global Process Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain global Workday HCM processes and procedures.
- Workday HCM Expertise: Provide expert-level support for Workday HCM, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Language Management: Manage and maintain multi-language configurations across various Workday modules.
- Change Management: Implement change requests based on solution designs, including IT testing and deployment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Workday HCM operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Workday HCM processes and procedures.
- Workday HCM Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with German a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
