La persona que se incorpore como Store Facility Coordinator (h/m) deberá cumplir las siguientes funciones:

  • Apoyar y capacitar al Store Facility Coordinator I en el manejo de tickets complejos que él/ella no puede resolver de forma independiente.
  • Gestionar un contratista de mantenimiento regional mediante el seguimiento de los KPI
  • Liderar reuniones operativas mensuales con el contratista determinado y el coordinador de instalaciones de la tienda.
  • Proporcionar ideas sobre la mejora continua del proceso en función de los KPI informados
  • Responsable de la ejecución de los contratos de mantenimiento mediante reuniones periódicas con externos. proveedores. Buscar proactivamente la colaboración con proveedores para mejorar procesos y reducir costes.
  • Inicia licitaciones para ayudar a mejorar la calidad y reducir costos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes de proyecto para evaluar las actualizaciones de la tienda y ayudar en las obras.
  • Realizar un seguimiento y procesar quejas.
  • Solicitar y valorar ofertas y cotizaciones de alto coste (>5K) y, en su caso, en consulta con el líder del equipo de la tienda, otorgando el pedido y procesando este administrativamente.
  • Responsable del costo, planificación y calidad de los proyectos paralelos que se implementan
  • Realizar un seguimiento del consumo de energía de las tiendas y minimizar el uso investigando e implementando
  • Realizar diversas actividades de apoyo (administrativas) para el departamento de instalaciones de la tienda (incluido procesamiento de correo, archivo digital, contestación telefónica, registro de activos.) para asegurarse de que el Store Facility Coordinator puede manejar los tickets de segunda línea de una manera eficiente y sencilla.
  • Recuperar y procesar los detalles de la dirección, proporcionando información sobre las obligaciones de los inquilinos como establecido en el contrato de alquiler y asegurarse de que los inquilinos cumplan el acuerdo.
  • Mantener la base de datos de activos de la tienda para garantizar un mantenimiento rentable.



La persona que se incorpore como Store Facility Coordinator (h/m) deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Formación técnica con un mínimo de 5 años de trabajo relevante experiencia
  • Orientación al cliente
  • Conciencia de los costos
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación
  • Persona con experiencia con diferentes sistemas de software o capacidad de familiarizarse rápidamente con nuevas aplicaciones.
  • Nivel de inglés medio ya que el dominio de la mayor parte de la documentación es en inglés y de cara al desarrollo interno de la empresa se necesita para crecer
