First-Level-Support for Information- and Communication technology Process IT-related User inquiries (User profile, Workstation-Profile, Printers...) Follow IT-Process and Workflows Incident management. Support Disaster-Recovery-Processes Support Local Applications Managing SharePoint Services Participation in Projects regarding IT-Domains: Infrastructure, Software, Process, Workflows Participation in selected Pilot projects Maintenance of the local IT inventory Controlling of invoices of internal and external service providers Initiating and completing efficiency- and cost saving measures You have completed your Bachelor’s Degree / other relevant disciplines or Certificate on Higher Education (e.g. sistemas microinformaticos y redes, administración de sistemas informáticos en red, ciclo formativo de grado superior en administración de sistemas informáticos en red) in Information and Technology at any Spanish university/institution within the last 12 months prior to starting the internship. As Local TF-Support you need to be service oriented and analytical Team player together with basic knowledge in IT-Security. Being able to learn fast new Software for managing the IT environment . Great team player and willing to work in an international environment. Knowledge in service management processes (ITIL) Knowledge in programming languages (SQL,Java,Python) Native/Fluent in Spanish and English. German is a plus.
