Actualmente, buscamos tres persona para que se incorpore al Departamento de Atención al Cliente con idioma italiano como Gestor/a de Preventa en turno de tarde (2 personas) o turno de mañana (1 persona), con un contrato de 35 horas semanales en nuestras oficinas de Madrid .

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Gestor/a de Preventa y Reservas:

Atención y asesoramiento a nuestros clientes. Gestión de reservas a través de los distintos medios de contacto (formulario web, mail, chat, RRSS, teléfono...). Gestión con proveedores.

¿Qué buscamos?

Valorable Grado en Turismo, Periodismo o cualquier otra titulación relacionada con la posición. Italiano alto (C1). Español alto (C1). Valorable Inglés medio (B2). Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno fijo de tarde de lunes a domingo, con fines de semana alternos al mes. Experiencia en el área de atención al cliente. Valorable experiencia en el sector turístico.
