Desde Luxe Talent, Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en Moda, Lujo, Retail y FMCG, estamos gestionando para uno de nuestros clientes, empresa de moda internacional, un programa de Desarrollo de Talentos para perfiles con potencial en las Islas Baleares.

En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich.

Durante la duración del programa participaras en distintos proyectos en varios puntos de venta de la marca desempeñando varios puestos, a la vez que formaras parte de un plan de formación y desarrollo para en el corto/medio plazo poder promocionar a posiciones de headquarters dentro de las areas relacionadas con producto.

Job Description:

  • Formar parte del programa de desarrollo de talentos dentro del área Retail y con posibilidades reales de crecer en posiciones enfocadas al area de producto o servicios centrales.
  • Aprenderás y perfeccionarás como gestionar y/o analizar ventas, así como a liderar y motivar comercialmente a equipos.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas asociadas al Retail y saber extrapolarlas al ámbito corporate estableciendo acciones para la central.
  • Gestionar diversas categorías de producto y gestionar equipos.

Requisitos:

  • Titulacion superior idealmente especializada en moda
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Tienda durante un periodo indeterminado de tiempo.
  • Movilidad geográfica nacional (imprescindible)
  • Gran sensibilidad al Producto. Valoramos muy positivamente perfiles que tengan grandes conocimiento de moda, tendencias y les apasione el sector y/o formación académica relacionada.
  • 2-3 años de experiencia en Retail Moda.
  • Buenas capacidades Analíticas, y númericas
