This position willsupport in the development and implementation of the data function in RadissonHotel Group. In this position the successful candidate will manage and executethe implementation of the Data Governance for the multiple data sourcesavailable to address key business needs and objectives more specifically on theBusiness to Business (Travel Agency and Corporate profile).
Incollaboration with the rest of Business Intelligence function they will supportthe overall Data & Analytics strategy
Thisincludes but is not limited to manage development projects regarding data journey& control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool - to support B2B businessstakeholders. This is not an IT role. This role is all about to be the correcttrusted advisor with the business and be a translator with IT Team.
Thisposition will report to the Global Data Director and will work closely with thekey members of the business areas.
KEY ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, being accountable of the propercoordination of all stakeholders. Design and implement Data Quality projectsto ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across deorganization mostly on cleaning Travel Agencies (knowledge of IATAN org is muchappreciated) and/or Corporate profile. Report requirements gathering - Create andmaintain documentation to improve data quality & automatization; including prototypefor the new reports dashboard Insight creation and delivery to end-users.Strong drive for actionable data Will support others Data team members intheir duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis. Accountable of the correct implementation andusage of B2B Master Data / Golden records. Provides coaching and training for end-users regarding the B2B MasterData Platform.REQUIREMENTS:
Experience at least 3-5 years with MasterData Concept – Golden records Analytics background with experience with S4Hannaand SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products) Extensive experience (3 – 5 Years) in dataquality projects Knowledge of database concepts andrelational databases ( SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and dataexploitation technics. Experience in data management projects (3-5Years) on Data Profiling, Business AdvanceAnalytics. Ability to deliver tactical solutions whilemanaging different issues Experience with business intelligence project relatedto information lifecycle. Organized & effective - take awell-ordered, structured approached in task management. Strong influencing and communication skills.Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitchesinformation at the appropriate level. Critical thinker – ability understand thelogical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments. Think Strategically - foresee and takeaction to deal with problems and opportunities. Change Management - be an advocate forpositive change and improvements. Motivated individual able to take projectsfrom development to deployment. Maintains a favorable working relationshipwith all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious workingclimate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity andefficiency.
