An exciting opportunity as Software Developer with us at Kongsberg Maritime has come up. To further strengthen our world-leading professional community within applied maritime cybernetics we are currently looking for ambitious and talented cybernetics professionals to join our team. You will be contributing at the cutting edge of research-based and market-oriented innovation, working with exciting and challenging R&D problems in applied maritime cybernetics, following the solutions all the way from newly hatched ideas into finished market products.
In our group, everyone is involved in software development in some way. Some are engaged in technical project management, others in requirements analysis. We have people working on architecture, some specializing in safety and others in cyber security. Some are experts in quality assurance and configuration management, while others primarily focus on test integration. Of course, we also have many skilled code writers. In short, we are a team of dedicated professionals, and software expertise is utilized in all our projects. You will become part of this talented group.

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or marine cyberneticsSenior programming skills in one or more languages (C++/C#/Java/Kotlin)Previous experience with programming and an eye for detailsKnowledge of software production methods and technologiesGood oral and written communication skills in EnglishYou are able to
