What would you be doing as a Fraud Intern?
Payment Disputes, you will learn about our operations and how to manage specific situations.
Fraud prevention investigation & KYC implementation.
Handle Trust and Safety cases related to Spotahome Guarantee - claims handling.
Support Landlords & Tenants on payment processes including collection activities.
What are we looking for?
Fluency in English and native Spanish language
Based in Madrid
Backgroud/ Education in fraud payments, risk or similarInterest in technology, property and travel industry
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Agility and the desire to learn
Being able to sign University agreement
