Santander Consumer Finance Global Services provee servicios y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos al negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander (Santander Consumer Finance) cubriendo el end to end de la tecnología, desde el diseño de la arquitectura, gestión de la infraestructura, desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones propias y de terceros mantenimiento y soporte tecnológico y gestión de proyectos. Adicionalmente, proveemos servicios de consultoría de negocio, metodología y soporte funcional.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Technical PMO Governance ,  podrás ayudarnos en distintos ámbitos.

Garantizar que la normativa interna corporativa en materia de Tecnología es debidamente traspuesta en el Grupo SCF, asegurando su adecuada implementación en las unidades que lo conforman.

Conocer la normativa europea aplicable en materia de Tecnología para proactivamente dirigir acciones hacia nuestras unidades que permitan alinearse mejor a próximos y futuros requerimientos (ej. DORA ).

Seguimiento de incidencias/recomendaciones emitidas a las unidades SCF procedentes de auditorías, tanto internas como externas, así como de Reguladores, dando soporte a las mismas para su resolución, así como escalando potenciales riesgos de incumplimiento.

Coordinar y elaborar la respuesta desde HQ ante requerimientos IT procedentes de las líneas de defensa corporativas (Riesgos, Cumplimiento, Auditoría) así como de terceros, como el JST (SREP, OSI…). Adicionalmente, dar el soporte necesario a nuestros países cuando sus reguladores locales realicen inspecciones IT (FSA, BaIT, etc.).

Generar, de acuerdo a los inputs internos y externos obtenidos, información de gestión e indicadores para toma de decisiones que permitan en todo momento conocer la evolución de los riesgos tecnológicos de cada unidad SCF, diseñando planes de remediación que permitan reforzar los entornos de control.

EXPERIENCIA

- años de experiencia, familiarizado con este rol, acostumbrado a tratar con países y con experiencia en el sector Bancario o Consultoría. 

EDUCACIÓN

Título deseable STEM, válido otra formación (p.ej. ADE, Derecho) con conocimientos medio-avanzados en Tecnología.
