Proposition Management Intern

Description
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to innovation management.
You will work with the Verisure Proposition Management team, investigating new business models and disruptive technologies.
You will work closely with the Group Proposition Management Team and the rest of the Proposition Managers to learn about our business model and how to innovate towards our growth.
Among others, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Researching the security market, relevant industries, competition, potential new partners and compile findings or run product testing.
- Understand how interesting insights could be leveraged turning into ideas for new Products & Services.
- Support as necessary the Innovation Domain team members.
- Additionally, we wish to allow you to work with other Propositions Managers beyond the Innovation Domain.
- Job Skills & Qualifications.
Required:
- University degree (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
- Complementary education: Business Strategy/Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy, Product Design.
- Ability to work in English and Spanish (French or Swedish are a plus) is a must.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to understand the big picture and motivation to drive hands-on work to bring new ideas to life.
- Experience and interest in working with products.
Preferred:
- Experience in the international business environment or having worked/studied also abroad.
- Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach.
- Experience in market research and/or analysis of data.
- Experience in consumer qualitative research, design thinking or any other human-centric method for capturing insights.
- Experience in UX/UI
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting.
