Nuestra misión es ofrecer un excelente servicio a nuestros clientes durante todo el proceso de alquiler, además de transmitir nuestro carácter premium poniendo a su disposición nuestra flota de vehículos de alta gama. Como Rental Sales Agent (m/f/d) serás la cara visible de la compañía para nuestros clientes, gestionarás las reservas y podrás comisionar gracias a la venta de los productos afines al alquiler del vehículo, para que la experiencia de nuestros clientes sea inmejorable. Finalmente, también realizarás tareas de back office para asegurar un óptimo funcionamiento de la sucursal, y labores operativas en parking con la finalidad de tener nuestra flota siempre a punto.

Requisitos

ABOUT YOU:

  • Destacas por tus habilidades en ventas y tienes un gran espíritu comercial.
  • Tú experiencia está en ofrecer un inmejorable servicio al cliente.
  • Hablas inglés y alemán de manera fluida, siendo un excelente comunicador.
  • Te consideras responsable y orientado a resultados.
  • Estás en posesión del carné de conducir B.
  • Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, de lunes a domingo.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Tu misión como Rental Sales Agent (m/f/d) será ofrecer un servicio premium al cliente durante todo el proceso de alquiler del vehículo, así como ofrecer los diferentes productos extras: mejora de categoría del coche, coberturas y protecciones, GPS, conductor adicional, etc. Además, te encargarás de labores administrativas de back office y labores operativas en el parking tales como el chequeo de coches.
