¿Qué podrás hacer?

Nuestro equipo interno de Quality Risk Management (QRM), por la expansión que está experimentando la firma en las áreas de Advisory, se encuentra en pleno crecimiento. Entre las principales funciones estarían:

• Analizar, canalizar y dar soporte en materia de riesgos y cumplimiento a los equipos de Advisory.
• Ayudar con la gestión de la prestación de servicios a clientes de Advisory.
• Comprender la necesidad de KPMG de cumplir con los requerimientos de risk & compliance y administrar los procesos necesarios para gestionar el cumplimiento.
• Colaboración en preparación de políticas, procedimientos y comunicaciones para dar cumplimiento a la normativa.
• Apoyo en los procesos de revisión de las políticas y procedimientos del área de Advisory para identificar, evaluar, administrar, monitorizar e informar los incumplimientos.
• Trabajar en proyectos de índole nacional e internacional atendiendo a los principales proyectos de la función.
• Preparación de cuadros de mando para reporte y monitorización del departamento.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

• Formación en Economía, ADE, Derecho, Ingeniería o similar.
• Valorable formación de postgrado. Muy valorable estudios o certificaciones en data analytics.
• Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 años en áreas de análisis de blanqueo de capitales, Risk & Compliance, auditoría externa/interna en big four o en multinacional en posición similar.
• Habilidades o motivación para manejar información masiva de datos, principalmente con Excel, PowerBI y lenguajes de programación, así como Alteryx y/o Knime.
• Se valorará conocimiento de herramientas y soluciones tecnológicas, tales como CRM, ERP, Ciberseguridad, Digitalización de procesos, etc.
• Nivel de inglés: C1-C2.
• Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
• Se requiere capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, pensamiento estratégico y de procesos, habilidades interpersonales y para trabajar en equipo y por objetivos. Buena capacidad de comunicación, iniciativa, autonomía, flexibilidad y compromiso profesional.
