Job Description: Do you thrive building relationships and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment? If so, we're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our Spanish team. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise and network in the coaching, content creator, and high-ticket sales industry to actively prospect, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Report to the Country Lead by provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coaching, content creators, high ticket seller industry.
  • Experience selling SaaS a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written in Spanish, proficiency in additional languages a plus (french or English).
  • Good networking capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
